Weird Science is a matte neon UV blue water-activated eyeliner that dries down completely budge-proof and transfer-resistant. Bright and electric in daylight, with a bold glowing charge under blacklight.

🖌️ Usage:

• Activate with water only — do not use setting spray or other liquids.

• Add a few drops of water to the lid or dip your brush in water.

• Mix thoroughly until a thick, creamy consistency forms.

• Apply as desired and let dry fully before layering or closing the lid.

• Mix with other Splash Liners to create your own custom shades!

⚠️ Avoid applying directly to the waterline. Allow the wet product to fully dry before closing the container.
