Honeymoon NoticeFrom April 5 through April 16, our owner will be stepping away to celebrate her honeymoon. Please expect slightly longer processing times. Operations for most products will still continue during this period, but we will be missing a team member, so order fulfillment may move a bit slower than usual. Glitter palettes will be put on pre-order notice and wont begin processing until our owner returns. Processing times will return to normal after April 22. SLAYFIRE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES/TAX FOR THE DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES. SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED.

Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

Q: MY PACKAGE WAS DELAYED, LOST, OR STOLEN WHILE IN TRANSIT. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
A: WE ARE VERRY SORRY TO HEAR THIS HAPPENED.  SLAYFIRE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT. THIS INCLUDES PACKAGES MARKED AS “DELIVERED.” PLEASE VISIT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE, CONTACT USPS AT 1(800)275-8777, OR THE CORRESPONDING CARRIER AND START A CLAIM. IN MOST CASES, USPS WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST IN RECOVERING YOUR MAIL. IF THE TRACKING HAS NO MOVEMENT FOR SOME TIME AND IS NOR MARKED AS DELIVERED, YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOE THE ITEMS PURCHASED. SHIPPING IS A NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE. 

IF YOUR PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED AND IS NOT IN YOUR POSESSION: PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR DELIVERY. IT COULD TAKE USPS 3-7 DAYS FOR ORDERS BEING DELIVERED IN THE US. USE THE PROVIDED RETURN LABEL AND ONCE THE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED BACK IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WE CAN ISSUE THE CORRECT ORDER OR A REFUND. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS NEED TO BE CLEARED BY CUSTOMS FIRST AND AT TIMES, CUSTOMS MAY HOLD YOUR PACKAGE FOR FURTHER INSPECTION OR FOR OTHER REASONS.
