Slayfire’s Splash Liners are high-impact, water-activated eyeliners made for bold, creative expression. They’re perfect for detailed face and body art. Once dry, they’re completely budge-proof.
🖌️ Usage

Add a few drops of water to a mixing surface or directly into the pan.

Activate the pigment with a wet brush — don’t flood it, a little goes a long way.

Mix until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.

Apply to dry skin for best results. Can be layered over makeup.

Allow to dry fully. Once dry, the liner is transfer-resistant and budge-proof(but not water proof).
Pro tip: Use a fine liner brush for sharp detail work.
🧼 Removal
Remove easily with warm water or your favorite makeup remover. Gently wipe away without harsh rubbing — some colors may stain, which fades away from skin within 24 hours.
